My husband, friend, and I recently booked a trip to Universal Studios, Orlando through Diane Gelaude of Blue Horizon. From the beginning Diane was pleasant, easy to deal with and professional. The trip went off without a hitch. She made meal, hotel, transportation, airline, dinner reservations, and purchased park tickets. Everything was exactly as expected. Diane went above and beyond by typing up a daily itinerary and telling everyone that there was a birthday in the group. This added personal touch to the trip. I would rate Diane and Blue Horizon a five out of five.
