Blue Horizon offers cruises, tours, custom travel packages (domestic & international), and private crewed yacht charters in the Caribbean. We do not provide corporate travel or issue airline tickets separately from travel packages.

We book travel worldwide but specialize in Europe, Africa, the South Pacific, the Caribbean, and the United States. Wherever you want to go, we’ll help you plan your dream vacation.
6. When & how should I begin planning?

7. What type of accommodations do you provide?
We arrange everything from luxury hotels and private villas to boutique inns and apartments. We do not book Airbnb properties due to their lack of star ratings and verification systems.
8. Is there a fee for your services?
Yes, our experienced travel planners charge a consulting or research fee based on the complexity of your trip. This ensures you receive detailed, customized travel planning and expert support.
9. Do you offer travel insurance?
Yes, travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel delays. We offer several plans based on your needs and preferences.

We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and bank transfers. A deposit is typically required, and the balance is due before departure. Terms vary by travel supplier.
11. What happens if my plans change or my flight is cancelled?
Your dedicated travel advisor will manage all changes, rebook flights, and arrange alternate accommodations. We ensure your experience remains stress-free and help you with insurance claims if needed.
12. What documents do I need for international travel?
You’ll need a valid passport with at least six months of validity from your travel date. Depending on your destination, a visa or electronic travel authorization (ETA) may also be required. Your travel advisor will guide you through this process.
13. Do you arrange group travel or offer group discounts?
